Prosperity Planned and Managed

When Markets React Behavioral Finance Should You Tap Retirement Savings to Fund College? Should You Ever Retire?

After being in the mortgage industry for over 25 years, Dennis became a SEC registered Investment Advisor in 2014.

You might be wondering why.

Working with hundreds of families and examining their financial situations to obtain approval for their mortgages, he saw that an overwhelming majority did not have a professional financial advisor to guide them. For many years he would refer advisors he knew and trusted to his mortgage clients, but the clients would not follow up.

Having intimate understanding of his clients and their financial situations, and seeing they were not seeking the professional advice they needed, Dennis went through the process and exams to become a financial advisor and began helping his mortgage clients.

For the past decade, when asked what he does, Dennis replies, “I help people with both sides of their balance sheet.” Simply, with his experience in the world of debt and mortgages, and his experience in the world of assets and investments, when it comes to personal finance, he has unique skills for retirement planning and wealth preservation.

Prosperity is different for everyone, but attaining it involves managing debt, cashflow, and resources to meet your definition. Prosperity requires a plan, and plans need to be managed. Whatever your financial goals, Dennis can work with you to create a plan, and follow it to and through retirement.

Building resources for buying a home, paying for education, and most importantly sustaining you through retirement, are more easily attained with planning and management. Your financial goals are my passion.
